Fitness
The primary goals are to enhance the lifelong fitness pursuits of the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ community. A variety of activities are available to all Âé¶¹´«Ã½ students, faculty, staff/administration, and alumni from weight training and group exercise to fitness assessments. There is time for fitness in everyone's life and Recreation and Wellness strives to provide great places to stay healthy and fit. We look forward to serving the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ community throughout the year.
