Laura L. Gamble is regional president of Greater Maryland and Northeast territory executive for PNC Bank.
As regional president, she is the senior banking executive in the region accountable for the growth of PNC's core businesses in Greater Maryland. Gamble was named the Northeast territory executive in March 2021 overseeing the Regional President's organizations in Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia and West Virginia.
Prior to joining PNC in April 2012, she spent over 25 years in banking and finance, including seven years as president of Bank of America, Maryland. She also led a variety of businesses within Bank of America including commercial banking, treasury management and wealth management.
Gamble is a trustee emerita and former chair of the Baltimore Community Foundation, a trustee of Mercy Health Services and is on the Baker Fund Board of Governors. She is a director and member of the executive committee of the Greater Baltimore Committee, serves on the board of the Maryland Bankers Association, serves as chair and board member of Central Maryland Transportation Alliance and is chair of the governing body of Athena Powerlink.
Gamble has been recognized as one of the Most Influential Marylanders as well as one of the Top Women in Maryland by The Daily Record, where she also received the publication's 2024 Icon Award. She was also named one of "13 People to Watch" and Baltimore's Power 10 award winner by the Baltimore Business Journal.
Gamble earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
